New sanitary sewer customers of Winfield are required to complete an Application for Sewer Service and pay a deposit of $78.00.

All newly constructed homes must complete a Sewer Tap Application Form and pay the tap fee of $350.00

You may come to City Hall to get these applications and pay the fees, or download the applications from the links above or on our Forms, Permits, and Applications page and pay the deposit on-line accessing the payment page under “EPAYMENTS”.
