COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL
MONDAY – THURSDAY $ 100.00/day (Out-of-town residents $150/day)
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY $ 200.00/day (Out-of-town residents $250/day)
** 4-HOUR RENTAL IS HALF OF THE COSTS SHOWN ABOVE – DEPOSIT REMAIN THE SAME.
PLUS a $ 250 Refundable Security Deposit which includes $ 100 cleaning fee; if there are no damages to the Center and if cleaning is completed to our satisfaction, it is refunded.
501C3 CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS:
Center will be reserved for 501C3 organizations on Monday – Thursday.
Rental is free to 501C3’s on Monday – Thursday, but we ask for a donation of paper products (paper towels or toilet tissue). On Friday, Saturday and Sunday 501C3’s will pay $50.00 rental.
Also, churches must pay regular rental rate (because of the separation of church and state).
Deposit: $100 ANNUAL deposit (which would be forfeited if there is damaged or if building is not cleaned to our satisfaction) and they must provide their 501C3 Certificate.
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO USE IN THE CENTER!
